Frequently asked questions

What is Equine Assisted Learning?

Equine Assisted Learning uses guided activities with horses to help people build self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and emotional insight (no riding involved). Horses respond honestly and immediately to our body language, energy, and intentions which make them unique partners in learning and development. Participants learn by doing, reflecting, and discovering their own solutions in a safe and supportive environment.

Do you only offer Equine Assisted Learning?

No. While equine-assisted learning is at the heart of this work, not every engagement takes place with horses. Every leader and team is different, so each engagement is tailored to fit your goals, comfort level, and circumstances — sometimes that means work in the arena, and sometimes it means traditional strategic coaching and consulting sessions. The horses aren't a requirement; they're one of the most powerful tools available when the fit is right.

Do I need experience with horses?

The simple answer is no. This isn't about horsemanship or horseback riding, it's about leadership. All sessions are guided, safe, and accessible regardless of your comfort level around horses.

What's it like to work with you?

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving with kindness, clarity, and love at the center of all we do.

What makes you different?

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach in partnership with horses leveraging decades of real life business experience. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

How can I learn more or get started?

Schedule a consultation. We'll talk through your goals — whether individual, team, or organization-wide — and design an engagement that fits.

Tailored for Impact

Programs Built with Your Needs in Mind

Every engagement starts with a real conversation. We take the time to understand what you're actually trying to build, then turn that into a strategy you and your team can actually use.

We spend real time understanding your needs and your organization. We look at what's already working, what's getting in the way, and what it would take to close that gap. What you get at the end is a plan that's practical, honest, and built for how your team actually operates.
